Very Happy with the experience my partner and I had with First Home Buyer Club. It seemed so much easier compared to the other services out there. We didn't realise there were so many and we attended face to face seminars but this was honestly the best choice we could have made. Nearly everything was done for us and any concerns or questions we had were answered and validated.Great communication through the whole process and we learnt alot given we are first home buyers. A very big THANK YOU to Clayton and his team for helping us with our dream home became a reality.Building a home is not easy at all especially in our case which has been very challenging from the start with the getting of the council's approval for the build permit which took several months, up to the current problem with the construction industry which is causing so much delays for almost everything.We have issues with the positioning of our driveway, and we need to get an exemption from the council before they can give us the build permit, and if not for the help of Clayton and his team it would have been a massive struggle for us.Then, with the shortage of materials and manpower in the construction at the moment we are just really thankful to the team that eventhough they are having a hard time coping up with all these problem, they did not leave us. With patience and understanding, we are now able to move in to our new house, and it's amazing.From the bottom our hearts, thank you so much guys and all the best.

What a difference it made working with Clayton and the First Home Buyer Club.We originally were working directly with a builder and didn't proceed as they weren't helpful at all and were pressuring us into buying a home that didn't quite meet the needs of our family.They weren't listening at all and were telling us all we could get was a 4 bedroom home for a family of 8 (including our parents).We then found Clayton and everything changed. He had access to land that was $86,000 cheaper, it was a significantly bigger block and literally just around the corner from the land we were offered earlier.When he first told us about it we thought he made a mistake. He then continued to tell us how we could build that 5 bedroom home that we needed and for it all to come well under budget.If you go with anyone else, you are probably going to get ripped off! Looking back on the whole process we know that without the help of the first home buyer club, we would not have been able to get into our first home.Clynt met with us and explained all the things we needed to do to get our home. We love our Hamptons inspired home. It was designed just the way we wanted it and we can't be happier.The entire process was so easy and stress free. Clayton and his team worked extremely hard for us and did everything.From securing discounts on the land through to designing a house based off what we had always dreamt of.We literally didn't have to do much except pick the colours and approve the design. Wow... I'm so happy as we have just been approved.Last year we tried to purchase a home through another company and it wasn't a good experience.Lucky it didn't happen though as Clayton negotiated a big discount for us on this block and saved us $59,000.The old block was only a few streets away and in the same suburb.Our new block is a lot bigger and we are now building a bigger 5 bed home instead of a 4 bed home.This has been a dream come true.Thanks Clayton for all your help and we can't wait until the build starts.

Looking back I can't believe we nearly cancelled our appointment and more to the point actually thought that we shouldn't buy a home the same year that we got married.
